Agreement
These terms govern your use of aifinadvisors.com and the tools on it, including the readiness assessment and the contact form. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
The site is operated by AIFIN Advisors, LLC ("AIFIN", "we", "us"). Our privacy policy explains how we handle information you give us and forms part of these terms.
What the site is for
The site describes our advisory services and publishes material about AI enablement. It is for general information. Nothing on it is legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and nothing on it is advice specific to your organisation.
Reading the site, taking the assessment or contacting us does not create an advisory or client relationship. Advisory services are provided only under a separate written engagement agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement prevails.
The readiness assessment
The assessment produces a score, a readiness band and a set of priority areas from the answers you give. It is a directional self-assessment. It is not an audit, a certification or an assessment of your organisation by us, and its accuracy depends entirely on the accuracy of your answers.
You are responsible for the answers you submit and for any decision you make on the basis of the result. The result is reachable through a link containing a unique token; anyone who has the link can see it, and you are responsible for who you share it with.
If you ask us to send you your result or occasional notes, we will do so as described in the privacy policy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for its intended purpose. You may not:
- submit forms by automated means, or attempt to defeat the measures that limit abuse
- copy the site, the assessment or its content at scale, by scraping or otherwise
- interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not public
- submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or that you do not have the right to share
- misrepresent who you are or whom you represent
We may limit, suspend or block access to the site to protect it or other users.
Your submissions
When you submit a form you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use it to respond to you and to provide what you asked for. We handle it as set out in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, its text, the assessment and its scoring, and the names of our frameworks and engagements belong to AIFIN or its licensors. You may read the site, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not otherwise reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.
Third-party content
The site may link to other websites or cite material published by others. We do not control that material and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided as they are and as available. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that its content is complete, accurate or current. Material on the site describes what our services do; it does not promise any particular result from using them, including any level of financial return, cost saving, productivity gain or compliance outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIFIN and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You will indemnify AIFIN against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
The version number and effective date at the top of this page identify the terms in force. We may change them by publishing a new version here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
