Jules Borghardt

Co-founder & CEO

Jules Borghardt, a U.S. military veteran, has nearly thirty years of experience in information technology spanning startups, mid-market and Fortune 100 companies like Dell and Amazon. Throughout his career, he has partnered directly with client leadership to identify the underlying business problem and match it to a cost-effective technology solution. Artificial intelligence now touches nearly every industry, private and public, and the complexity and cost of using it effectively remains a significant deterrent, particularly for small and mid-size businesses. We founded AIFIN to close that gap, applying the same discipline Jules has brought to both large and small businesses for three decades.

Ben Alfaro

Co-founder & COO

Ben Alfaro is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of AIFIN, where he helps organizations turn the promise of AI into practical improvements in how people work. Throughout his career, Ben has built consulting practices, led multidisciplinary teams, and sold and delivered more than $50 million in complex transformation work since 2020. He is passionate about making new technology approachable and useful, connecting strategy, people, and execution to help clients solve real problems and achieve lasting results.

Rich Sanders

Co-founder & CTO

Richard Sanders, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, has more than two decades of experience in information technology spanning federal and defense programs, technology firms like Palantir and Slalom, and the Fortune 500 clients they serve. Throughout his career, his work has sat where security, data, and delivery meet: designing cloud-native platforms and governance frameworks that hold up under regulatory scrutiny, and explaining them just as clearly to engineering teams as to the C-Suite. That discipline is what he brings to AIFIN. We founded AIFIN so that the organizations with the most to gain from artificial intelligence, and the least room to absorb a security or compliance failure, never have to choose between moving quickly and staying defensible.
